      • Expedited Shipping: If you need your plants sooner, choose Expedited Shipping, which typically takes 2-3 business days.
      • Overnight Shipping: For urgent orders, we offer Overnight Shipping, guaranteeing delivery by the next business day, depending on your location.

Note: The availability of shipping methods may vary based on your location, the size of your order, and the delivery address.


2. Shipping Charges

      • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, the size and weight of the items, and the selected shipping method.
      • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. This minimum order value will be displayed on the website, and eligibility for free shipping will be determined at checkout.
      • Additional Fees: Depending on your location, there may be additional shipping fees, such as for remote areas or special delivery requirements. Any extra charges will be clearly shown during the checkout process before you confirm your order.

      • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
      • International Shipping: At this time, CloudHato.com only ships within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options to international destinations in the future.

      • Processing Time: Once we receive your order and payment, we will process it within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, order processing may take longer, but we will notify you if there are any significant delays.
      • Order Confirmation: After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. This email will include your order number, the items purchased, and the shipping method chosen.
      • Shipping Notification: When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details, so you can follow your order’s journey.

5. Delivery Times

      • Standard Shipping: Delivery takes between 5-7 business days depending on your location.
      • Expedited Shipping: Delivery is typically within 2-3 business days from when the order ships.
      • Overnight Shipping: If you choose Overnight Shipping, your order will be delivered the next business day after processing (except for orders placed on weekends or holidays).

If your order is lost during shipping, we will investigate the issue with the carrier. Once confirmed as lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.


8. Delivery Failures

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information (e.g., wrong address, missing apartment number), we may contact you for a resolution. If the address provided is incorrect and a new delivery attempt is required, additional shipping charges may apply.


9. International Orders

Currently, CloudHato.com does not offer international shipping, but we are working on expanding our shipping to other countries. Once international shipping becomes available, additional charges, customs fees, and taxes may apply, depending on your country’s import laws.
